Resend Verification Email

Use Case: As a Super User, I want to resend a user the verification email because they can't find it or it has expired

• From the Users table, click on the user
• If the user's account status is "FORCE_CHANGE_PASSWORD" or "UNCONFIRMED", click on the elipsis in the upper right hand corner of the dialog
• Then click "Resend Verification Email"
• The user will receive an email with a link to verify the email address and instructions on how to set their password if it is not set
